[NORSLIS] Visiting professor in Riga and Vilnius

Dear colleagues,

PhD students from Norslis network are kindly invited to participate in lectures, seminars, turorials and master class by visiting professor Jane Klobas in Riga Riga, Latvia (May 3-7), and Vilnius, Lithuania (May 11-14). The size of the group in each place is limited to 10-12 participants, assuming that 5-6 will be from the local institution and 5-6 will be colleagues from foreign countries. Don't miss the opportunity:
1. to meet professor Jane Klobas who has many years of experience in both distance and online teaching, has won awards for her innovative teaching and who's research concerns the role of the Internet in communication of information. She uses principles of social psychology and economics to study the role of the Internet in education and in tourism. 
 2. to visit Vilnius and Riga at the very historical moment when Latvia and Lithuania joins the EU
3. to have exciting time with your collegues from the Norslis network institutions!

Please note that students not registred in Vilnius or Riga can apply for travel support from NORSLIS. See: http://www.norslis.net/general/norslismobility.html. But, please also try to secure funding from your own institution. Deadline for registration is April 1, for applications for travel support April 15.
