Abstract deadline approaching: 26 April 2011


This Wellcome Trust Scientific Conference will provide a multidisciplinary
forum to consider how public health can benefit from the recent advances
in bioinformatics, microbiology, virology and genomics. The use of
?second?- and ?third?-generation sequencing technologies to understand
microbial pathogenesis, virulence, diversity and host-pathogen
interactions will be a particular focus.

We welcome the submission of high quality abstracts as a significant
number of talks will be selected from abstracts. Please submit abstracts
by 26 April 2011.

Target audience:
Public health professionals including zoonotics, microbiology and virology
researchers.
Public Health specialists, epidemiologists, informatics specialists.
Bioinformatics researchers, technologists and computer scientists.
