FEMS Congress Grants for Young Scientists 


Deadline for submission of application for grants: January 14, 2011 

FEMS provides approximately 200 grants for European Young Scientists to
support their attendance at the 4th FEMS Congress of European
Microbiologists, June 26-30, 2011, Geneva, Switzerland. 

About 20 grants are provided to support non-European Young Scientists. 

The amounts of the Grants are 400, 500 or 600 EURO (depending on the travel
distance).  

A special FEMS Congress Award (including a Certificate and an additional 500
EURO) will be awarded to five Young Scientists for the best presented
papers. 

FEMS will organize a special Reception for all grantees. Further details
will be available on this website shortly.
