Hello All,

I am happy to let you know that we have two FREE CEILIDH DANCE CLASSES (Sat
17th Jan and Wed 21st Jan) coming up in the coming weeks. Please feel very
welcome at both/either. If we have lots of people interested we will run
another class also so if you are interested but these times are very bad for
you do please also let me know.

These classes are very kindly sponsored by Edinborgarfélagið, the Edinburgh
Society, who are holding a Burns Supper on Saturday 24th January which will
include haggis, whisky, music and dancing. This year they will proudly
celebrate the 250th anniversary of Scotland´s national poet, Robert Burns.

We hope that these ceilidh classes will be a fun chance to have a spin and a
hop, a refresher of where you should put your feet and who´s arm to grab for
the next ceilidh or the Burns Supper if you´re going, and also a great
chance to catch up and wish your friends from the ceilidh scene a Happy New
Year. We run the classes with the aim of having fun as well as learning the
dance so you can guarantee these will be good times with good people.
