Dear board members,

As the Call for Panels has been send out, I would like to urge you,
also on behalf of Clara, to take care that the Call for Panels is
also distributed among the members of your national associations etc.
of ethnologists and folklorists (and also the associations of the
countries which belong to your board member portfolio).

As the time frame is limited I would like to ask you to take care for
that well before Christmas.
