[English] Buffalo trip and Bog cards!

Greetings,
It is with great sadness that we must inform you that Friday's buffalo
trip has flown out the window:( The reason is that the company we were
going to visit unfortunately had to cancel on us. We've been trying to
call other companies this morning but of course it's very difficult for
companies to receive us with such short notice. So, we're really, really,
really sorry, but there is no Bog jam this Friday. Instead we are going to
try and plug something immensely and wonderfully entertaining for Friday
1. October. We hope this will not make you lose faith in Bog because we
guarantee you that this will not happen again! Sorry from the bottom of
our hearts to those of you who were looking forward to this Friday! Hope
we'll see you next Friday instead.
Then some news about the bog cards. The first year students are way behind
the second and third years in signing up so hurry up all of you in the
first year! You don't want us oldies monopolising all the buffalo trips,
because bog card holders are VIPs on the sign up-list for buffalo trips.
And finally: Thank you to all of you who have already signed up! You are
the hippest 40 people out of all the 160 English students at the
University! It is up to you to change the rumours about our department
being a sad one. Socially that is...
