To my knowledge, this is the first such Postdoctoral Research Fellowship EVER in LIS in Sweden - and it is very important for the future scholarly credibility of the discipline that all who are eligable apply. In the "older" disciplines, this is the most coveted of all post-doctoral (and they are not many ;-) positions you can have in Swedish academia, almost completely devoted to research.
