The Department of Arts and Cultural Sciences, Lund University is looking for applications for the position of Associate Senior Lecturer in "Digital Cultures in Times of Crisis", with a focus on the critical examination of the intersection of politics, technologies and knowledge regimes. This includes — but is not limited to — critical and culturally informed research on hybrid warfare, propaganda, cybersecurity, and disinformation. Particular attention should be paid to how offline and online spaces interrelate, and how humans and non-humans interact with each other and shape cultural and temporal realities. This can include analysing the functionality, ethical and legal implications, as well as the political and moral economy of digital platforms, search engines and AI technologies.
