Conceptions of Library and Information Science (CoLIS) is a series of international conferences aiming to provide a broad forum for the exploration and exchange of ideas in the field of Library and Information Science, Information Studies, and related disciplines. The 12th conference in the series will be organised by the iSchool at the Dept of Computer and Information Sciences, University of Strathclyde<https://www.strath.ac.uk/research/subjects/computerinformationscience/strathclydeischoolresearchgroup/>, and will take place in person from 2–5 June 2025 at the Technology Innovation Centre, University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Scotland, UK<https://www.strath.ac.uk/research/technologyandinnovationcentre/>.

We welcome diverse contributions offering empirical, theoretical, and historical perspectives on all aspects of the subject, including information science, information systems, library science, archives, records management, digital heritage, and digital humanities.  Submission for all categories via EasyChair: Monday 9th December 2024. Accepted long and short papers will be published in the Information Research<https://informationr.net/ir/> journal.
