[NORSLIS] Call for participation, CHIIR'17

Hi Nils,

Interesting program! My intention is to participate in CHIIR in Oslo  
although I do not have a paper there. It would help my changes to get  
financing from my School, if I would have a role in the conference  
e.g. in the form of chairing a session. Is there still room for a  
chair person?
