Libraries, refugees and integration: Workshop on tools for mapping  
information and library service needs among refugees and immigrants.

Department of Information Studies at Åbo Akademi University is  
organizing the workshop in Turku (Åbo Akademi University,  
ASA-building, Fänriksgatan 3C , C122) 18th May 2016, 10.00-16.00.

The aim of the workshop is to discuss about challenges and best  
practices on how to gather information about refugees? and immigrants?  
information needs and needs of library services.

The keynote speaker of the workshop is Professor Karen Fisher,  
Professor of innovation and design, Information School, University of  
Washington.

The workshop is open for all interested, it is free, and the workshop  
language is English.
