[NORSLIS] PhD position in Oslo

We have a PhD position available in Oslo within the field of knowledge organization and information retrieval, starting 1. August 2014. See http://hioa.easycruit.com/vacancy/1135547/78509?iso=no for a full description (in Norwegian).

A (max) 10 page project proposal must be submitted with the application. The deadline for applications is April 23rd.  

The PhD program in Oslo currently has 10 enrolled students which will grow to 15 during 2014. A description of the programme can be found on http://www.hioa.no/eng/Studier/SAM/Ph.d/Bibliotek-og-informasjonsvitenskap 

Doctoral education in Norway lasts three years full time, the position is fully funded. It is required that the applicant is admitted to the doctoral program in Library and Information Science at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences.
