two more PhD student positions are currently available in Oslo, these are both in the field of knowledge organization and information retrieval, one with an emphasis on archives:

A (max) 10 page project proposal must be submitted with all application. The deadline for applications is March 21st.  Both positions are for a period of three years and are fully funded. To obtain a position it is required that the applicant is admitted to the doctoral program in Library and Information Science at Oslo and Akershus University College of Applied Sciences.
