[NORSLIS] NORSLIS Workshop in Åbo 29-31 of October

Dear all,
The dates for the NORSLIS workshop on Theoretical frameworks in 
Information Science (IS) in Åbo, Finland, are now decided. The workshop 
will take place 29-31 of October 2012 at Åbo Akademi University, School 
of Business and Economics, Unit of Information Studies.

NORSLIS invites PhD students to participate in this workshop.

Directly after the NORSLIS workshop, 1-2 of November 2012, the 
Information Research Days will take place also in Åbo. This is a Finnish 
national conference (with presentations mainly in Finnish/Swedish). The 
aim of the conference is to gather current research in information 
science. Different kinds of phenomena, changes and development in the 
information area are discussed, from various perspectives (research, 
education, and practitioners). Any presentations or panels in English or 
Swedish will be held on Thursday, November 1.
