Can we afford not to collaborate?
Barriers to collaboration
Identifying collaborators
Current practices for identifying collaborators
Innovative ways of identifying collaborators
Characteristics of successful collaborators
Collaborating within organizations, across organizations, across borders

Collaborating with competitors
Unlikely collaborations
Developing the collaborative spirit and skill set
Sustaining collaborations
Overcoming issues in sustainability
Use of communication technology to sustain collaboration
Institutional support and reward for collaborative work
Value of collaborations
Measuring the success of collaborations
Output of collaborations
