· *New FEMS Journal launched*
“Pathogens and Disease”, a new FEMS journal is launched and awaiting your
submissions. Please visit the *journal

updates.
· *5th FEMS Congress website live*
The 5th FEMS Congress shall be held in Leipzig, Germany on July 21-25,
2013. The *website* <http://fems.kenes.com/> for the said event has been
made live a few days ago.
· *Register for the C12-39 meeting*
The C12-39 meeting will be held in Toulouse, France on Septem-ber 14 and
15, 2012. If you have not done so yet, please send your registration to *
communications at fems-microbiology.org*<communications at fems-microbiology.org?subject=Council%20meeting%20registration>latest
