[Gerlanet] IMC9 Biology of Fungi Congress Announcement

I am interested in informing members of the Microbiological Society of
Iceland of The 9th International Mycological Congress (IMC9); The Biology
of Fungi, which will take place 1-6 August 2010 in Edinburgh, UK.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform your members of two
deadlines; the deadline for proposals for Symposia and Workshops is 15
April 2009. Abstracts for oral and poster presentations at the congress
should be submitted by 9 April 2010.

We have prepared the attached email text to inform your members via your
list serv if appropriate. Please can you send this out on our behalf. We
would also be interested to learn of any promotional opportunities for
example advertising or mailing list rental.

Basic diary information about the meeting is detailed below. Please can
you pass this to the editors of your various publications for inclusion in
the calendar sections and to add to your online calendar.
