flatmate will be leaving in december. Her room is to be leased again. If

Bedroom of ~ 15-18 m2, rest to be shared.

machine + extra room for guest and balcony. Cable TV is as an extra.
Rent for the appartment will be 90,000 Ikr (to be divided with other
flatmate, myself).
