[Folda] End of Year Annual General Meeting and BBQ (Free food )

Hello everyone, 

Hope you had a nice semester.

The Folda board would like to formally invite you all to attend the Annual General Meeting next Friday, 11th May at 16:00 in the 3rd floor conference room, Askja. We will reviewing the events of the past year, finances and electing a new board for the coming year. 

Majority of our current board members (except me) will not be available to continue for the work of the coming school year. I would like to take the work of Treasurer for next year, not the chariman. Therefore, we are asking for people who are interested in participating in the board to inform us of the potential positions they would like to fill. Elections for the positions will take place on the Annual General Meeting. 
If there are any questions regarding the activities of the board members, please do not hesitate to ask me <sil10 at hi.is>, Mary <mkb5 at hi.is>, Mark <mtk1 at hi.is> or Inigo <ise10 at hi.is>.

The positions that are required are:
Chairman
Secretary
General Member
General Member/ Student Body Representative
Optional- 2 additional General Members

We will also be having an End of Year BBQ following the AGM in the Askja cafeteria area to welcome in the new board, thank the current, celebrate the end of the exam, and farewell another academic year at Háskóli Íslands.
