[Folda] Folda activities in Spring semester, and vacancies as General Member at Folda board

Hi everyone,

Hope you new semester is starting well. 

For this semester, we will have following activities:
February 23               Science Trip to Vegagerdin 
Time to be confirmed: Science Trip to Icelandic Met Office
Weekly                    : Board game nights ( time to be confirmed)
                                 Bandy                (every monday morning 8:15 -9:00, at university gym)
                                 Ultimate frisbee ( every friday morning 9:00-9:45, at university gym)

There are also interesting talks run by the department, including
Wednesday Meetings : every Wednesday 12:00-13:00, 3rd floor meeting room
Friday         Seminars:  every Friday         12:30 - 13:30, 3rd floor meeting room

As we don't want to disturb all of you by sending emails for all these activities, we created this google calendar to let you know about the activities. Feel free to share it with anyone who is interested.

Another important thing is, folda board still has two vacancies now as general member. If you are interested in participating in the board or have any questions, feel free to ask us these days. My office is in room 377 in Askja. The deadline for joining the board is 2nd February 17:00. Then we will have an anonymous online vote lasting one week.

For the spring party, due to the really low turn up in Christmas party last year and low interest for the spring party, we won't have a big Spring Party this year, like we had before in some fancy halls. But we are still thinking of making a similar activity in Askja.
