Dear all,

Thursday morning at 10, in third floor meeting room in Askja will
Louise Steffensen Schmidt (Ph.D. student in geophysics) have her
PhD mid-term lecture and exam.

The title of the presentation is

'Estimating the energy and mass balance of Icelandic glaciers'

After the presentation it will be possible to ask questions and
following that the PhD committee will do the examination in a
closed meeting with Louise.

The presentation will be in English and is open to all interested.
