[Folda] Fwd: Aðalfundur Foldu - The main meeting of Folda

Kæru Foldu meðlimir.
Nú er starfsár sitjandi stjórnar að klárast og komið að því að ný stjórn
taki við. Aðalfundur Foldu verður haldinn í hádeginu kl. 13:00 næstkomandi
föstudag, þann 5. apríl.


Á dagskrá aðalfundar er:
1. Skýrsla stjórnar.
2. Stjórnin leggur fram reikninga félagsins.
3. Umræður um skýrslur og reikninga.
4. Lagabreytingar.
5. Kosning stjórnar fyrir næsta starfsár.
6. Hin nýkjörna stjórn tekur formlega við völdum.
7. Skipun deildarfulltrúa. Skulu þeir skipaðir til eins árs.
8. Önnur mál.

Stjórnin leggur fram tvær lagabreytingar og þær má sjá í viðhengi þessa
tölvupóstar. Lög Foldu segja: "Tillögum til lagabreytinga skal skilað til
stjórnar félagsins og þær birtar eigi síðar en tveimur dögum fyrir
aðalfund." Því verður að skila inn öllum lagabreytingum til stjórnar fyrir
næstkomandi miðvikudag (hbb11 at hi.is). Lög Foldu geta verið lesin í heild

Dear Folda members.
Next friday (5th of April) at 13h Folda's main meeting will be held in the
conference room on the third floor.

On the agenda is:
1. The boards year report.
2. Folda financial review.
3. Discussion: year report and the financials.
4. Law changes.
5. Voting of next years board.
6. The new board starts.
7. Voting for other offices.
8. Other matters.

The board presents two legal variables. They can be seen in the attachment.
According to Folda's law, any legal variables need to be presented to the
board and advertised more than two days before the main meeting (hbb11 at hi.is).
