Europe Meets East Asia: A Forum for Young Leaders (June 16th - 21st)
Cultural Diplomacy in Europe: A Forum for Young Leaders (June 21st - 26th)
USA Meets Germany: A Forum for Young Leaders (June 29th - July 3rd)
The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy (www.culturaldiplomacy.org) is currently accepting applications for the four Weeklong Seminars detailed above, taking place in Berlin during June 2009, as detailed above. Each Seminar will bring together young leaders interested in the relationship in question for a five-day program of lectures, workshops, group discussions and cultural excursions featuring leading figures from the fields of politics, the arts, academia, media, and business.

The Institute for Cultural Diplomacy (www.culturaldiplomacy.org/) is currently accepting applications for the Weeklong Seminars outlined above, all of which will take place in Berlin during June 2009.
Who can apply?
The Seminars are open to applications from current students and young professionals with an active interest in the relationship in focus.
What will the Weeklong Seminars involve?
The programs for the Weeklong Seminars will consist of lectures, seminars, workshops, and cultural activities in and around Berlin. The participants will meet with leading figures from the political, diplomatic, academic and civil society spheres to discuss the relationship in question and consider how it can be supported through organised cultural exchange.
What are the aims of the Weeklong Seminars?
The Seminars aim to inform the participants about the field of Cultural Diplomacy and its importance today, raise awareness of key issues in the relationship in focus, create a network between the Seminar participants, and give the participants creative ideas and support for future initiatives.
What happens after the Seminars?
After completing the Weeklong Seminars the participants become members of the respective Forum. They are then supported by the ICD in conducting research, in organising and developing leadership initiatives, and are invited to join the ICD Online Forum where they can network with the other Young Leaders from around the world.
